Mislead by serving sizes
I bought the 30 capsules option thinking it would be a month supply and turned out it’s only 15 servings. This should be advertised better as I now feel I’ve been mislead and regret not going for the 90 capsules options, which would have been better value for money.

No longer effective
So I've used these off and on a few times and had good results with them. I've been taking them consistently for a couple of months and I've actually gained weight and bloat so I'm obviously pretty disappointed. Have they changed or something as they really helped with appetite and weight loss before.

More than just weight loss
After a few days of taking this I feel a lot of relief from bloating, my digestion feels a lot better and somewhat leaner after two weeks plus exercise ofc. it has also caused a noticeable improvement to psoriasis that I have had for a long time in conjunction with medication of course.
