These are RUBBISH please do not waste your money!!! I have been taking these for a month I also go gym 5 days a week and these made me gain weight.. IM FUMING!

I had already lost an incredible amount of weight over 11 stone before using these, but I wanted something to push my weight beyond where I had already gotten to. Now since taking these for the last month at one a day the fat has come off my back and my tummy is flattening a lot more . I’ve dropped from a size 10 to a 8! I am constantly on my feet throughout the day which helps. You do need to drink a lot of water. I’ve had zero side effects from these and I’m planning on upping to two a day as I’m wanting to get very lean to compete in PCA bodybuilding.

Good for appetite management
I love food, and I find this product helps massively with appetite suppressant at times when I want to lose a little weight. I take 1 capsule in the morning and that is enough to get me through to lunch when I usually would be starving. I have not have problems with bloating etc (but am only taking 1 per day). Am finding it so helpful I'm buying another bottle.
