Have to say, these are excellent. Macros are decent. Little amounts of saturated fats and sugar though. So probably not something you want to be eating every single day. But time is precious and these are perfect for lunch if I'm up against it at work and need a quick post workout meal.

Pleasantly Suprised
Not really one to eat microwave meals but thought I would give these a go to have something easy at work when I forget my lunch. Tasted pretty good and the sauce was pretty tasty, especially for the macros. Would prefer slightly more chicken in it but end of the day its a ready meal so can't expect a full chicken in there I guess! Would get them again for convenience. Goes Well With: Salt and pepper

These really are pro meals, have bought similar style meals from various sites during my time and these are definitely the best of the bunch. I bought the chicken with sweet potato mash and turkey meatballs. Good amount of protein and carbs and low in sugar and fat, great macros and taste! What more could you want...
