Since writing my first review of these bars a few weeks ago I have given a couple of flavours another go and tried another. The new one was the lemon cheesecake flavour which I didn't like - it tasted of the lemon-flavoured liquid antibiotics (my daughter's description but I agree). Ate two bars and threw the rest away - wouldn't buy again. I have tried the caramel and peanut flavour again and have changed my mind about them - they are rather nice and I have since bought another box of them :-) I have also tried the almond and vanilla bars again and I have totally changed my mind about them, too - they are lovely :-) They taste a little like marzipan which I love. My daughter has been away and I've eaten her supply of these and have had to replace them lol I have also had another chocolate flavoured bar which I enjoyed so I'll be buying another box of those. I personally prefer these bars firmer and chewy - they have a better consistency and are less powdery, like nougat. With all the products that my daughter and I have tried over the months the My Bar Zero almond&vanilla, cookies&cream, caramel&peanut and strawberry&vanilla are the things we will stick with, along with the Virtue Bars and Pro Milk, both chocolate and vanilla. They are all delicious and keep us full for a good long while.

I'm currently carb cycling thus brought these bars for my lower carb days and have absolutely loved them. I brought Cookies & Cream and the taste is amazing whilst the size of the bar is very reasonable. I tried the caramel peanut flavour and I have to say it was delicious. Fantastic macros on it. Great texture, and good size, which meant it was really filling. This product is excellent. I ordered the cookies and cream flavour. It is very tasty. I would definitely recommend. It does not taste too bulky and is quite chewy. The best by far!
I had only previously purchased Quest protein bars after being advised that they were the best. However, after being disappointed by my last delivery and the flavours, I decided to try these. I'm so glad that I did! They're delicious, they really taste like the inside of a snickers bar which is a winner for me! They're big too, so kept me full for hours. You don't buy these for the taste, but I like how bland they taste and the no frills packaging which is fit for a military ration pack.
