I can feel a difference...
My recovery time has improved since I started taking these about 6 weeks ago. DOMS are definitely more bearable and as someone in their 40s, this makes a big difference to my quality of life during the days after a heavy workout. Goes Well With: Any drink.

I take two before training and 1 after. Make sure you drink plenty of water or it can make you feel a bit bloated if taken everyday. But overall it’s very good.
