Just what I needed
My ADHD medication speeds up my metabolism, so to stop myself from losing too much weight I need to make sure I'm getting more calories in. I have been using this gainer (alongside a good diet) to help maintain my weight and it works really well! I ordered the unflavoured version to avoid sweetener which doesn't agree with my stomach, the taste is neutral and quite pleasant, sort of like oats, so it can be added to different things without being overpowering and it isn't chalky like a lot of other brands.

Hard to swallow
I have recently purchased this powder, so far it has been ok…… the unflavoured powder mixed with water has an almost milky feeling in the mouth, the taste is something different. I’m sure it is impossible to create an entirely flavourless protein powder, however I did not think it would taste like this. To me it tasted like cardboard. Overall I provided this product 3 stars as it does provide the stats it has on the package and you can always add cordial or juice which I have done to enhance the flavour
