Great
I prefer to take the tablets than the powder as I’m more consistent. They are rather large inside but it gets easier the more you take them. Love that they are vegan, great price and they definitely give me a push and help me on prowler sled push. Would recommend.

Better that powder form
I think these are great. They are large but you can take with food and they go down so easily - not sure why so many people are taking only with water? Much more pleasant to take than the gritty horrible powders!!

I’ve never taken supplements before, So thought give these a try. Been taking these 3 weeks now. Yes the tablets are big, goes without saying as tells you. I’ve not had any problems taking them. I take one at a time. You do feel a difference when lifting weights, also drink plenty of water as you do get thirsty, mouth dry. I drink about 2l a day maybe more. Over all good product.

Big old daddy tablets
I never post reviews cos you know who has the time, but I was cornered by the sheer buffoonery I am going through. Here’s an honest review. So apprently I thought drinking powder form creatine was a chore, so you know I thought I’d do a lil switchero. It’s creatine it’s OBVIOUSLY going to do the same thing whether it’s a tablet form or a powder. Howeeveeerrr, there should be a disclaimer on the sheer size of these bad boys. These tablets are like the size of a AA battery. You are meant to take three so it’s a gamble really you know, am a going to choke am I not going to choke but that’s on me. That’s a my issue. Besides this review it’s obvs a lot easier to just drink tablets and it’s in your system so you go on about your day however I now live on a daily gamble on whether or not I will continue to see the end of the day you know. Gonna finish these and probably go back to the powder but yeah take this as you will. 4* for obvs it works -1* for the AA battery assault x

These pills are so convenient to get your daily dose of Creatine. I take my 30mins before a workout and I’ve noticed the increased levels of energy in the gym. Agree with most comments on here you must get your 3L of water inside you to not only reap the benefits but keep you hydrated throughout the day. I also mix mine with the Impact Whey Powder 💪
