Been taking it for a few weeks now. Too early to say if it’s doing anything. Tablets are easy to take though. Not much taste either.

Started taking these as part of my pre workout routine along with Essential BCAA Tablets and Zinc & Magnesium Capsules, and the combination with these and my Maltodextrin and Whey Protein shakes post workout have done wonder to reduce my muscle soreness in the following days.
