Great Taste and easy to take
Random but I love the packaging, very sleek lid. Taste of the pills are great and they aren't as big as previous omega-3s I've take which is good as they are easy to swallow. They don't stick together which is great.

Not suitable for pescatarian
Sadly I only realised that they’re using beef gelatine in those capsules after they got delivered. Why choose to use beef gelatine when you’ve got other alternatives that make it more suitable for people with other dietary needs

I’m taking omega 3 to help with fitness program and also to help with ongoing back issues and they’re great now they are quite big but easy to take no smells couldn’t be better
