I don't usually write reviews, however.... These cookies are great! The chocolate orange are my favourite thus far. They taste exactly like Terry's Chocolate Oranges. The problem with this though, is that means they get quite sickly. They break up the monotony of shakes!

So White Chocolate wasn't my cup of tea... I've tried the Chocolate Chip and again, I don't like them, however I have found that putting them in the fridge does make them better (takes away the uncooked doughey teaxture). Hope this help someone. J.

Honestly can't understand how the fella before me 'Joe Smale' (29-Mar-2012) can give these such a bad review! I can't stand it when people judge something after just getting the product. I have gone through a few boxes now in last few months, usually have one a day as a snack, and these are great. The double choc flavour is a little dry/powdery but the white choc and almond is awesome. Great way to add a nice portion of protein into your daily diet without filling you up too much :)

Ordered a first batch around Christmas and while they were okay they were quite thick and dry, and hard to swallow - you needed water to wash your throat down afterwards. However, got a second batch this week and boy have they changed. Seems to be a different recipe now, the cookies are a lot thinner and really moist - theyre so much better than before. It's hard to believe you get nearly 40g of protein out of them.

White Chocolate Almond Flavour: Sorry, not my cup of tea, just like eating Marzipan! - very very soggy, was worried that they hadn't been cooked! Maybe its the hot weather and they've been heated up in transit, but they have gone straight to my colleague! - Lets hope the Chocolate Chip is better (can't stomach trying them today though!) Don't know Mixability or effectiveness so can't score!

''I am not a cookie, I am dynamite.'' What is in these? Crack? Because they are extremely addictive, and I still can't believe you get 37 grams of protein in one hit. I will never buy another protein bar, cake or flapjack after trying them. Amazing taste and texture , much nicer then glorified candy protein bars with 15 grams of protein and just as much sugar in Holland and Barrett. Please don't bump them up in price!

Purchased the chocolate orange flavour and was well impressed with the taste! I see what people are saying about being slightly grainy but when you know they've got 35+g of protein in them you soon forget and enjoy them. Great taste, nice soft texture and perfect for a mid afternoon snack. Will be trying the other flavours as I see a lot of people love the white chocolate and almonds flavour.

I ordered the white choc and almond flavour and am really impressed with these cookies - they are really tasty. Most protein bars have a wierd dry consistency and not much flavour, but these are great. Only tried this one flavour so far, but plan to try the others. If you love marzipan and you like cookie dough, you will like the almond/white choc. I love marzipan, so I'm sorted!! I'd definitely recommend these cookies and with such a good choice of flavours, everyone's happy! Yum!

I can't believe this is actually good for me. It's all gooey and moist and tastes like actual chocolate. It does still have the unmistakable whey taste but this is very feint and if you are going to choose any whey snack then this is surely it.

Best tasting protein cookie around, double-chocolate chip tastes like a real full fat cookie. Put on 3 lbs in 2 weeks, just from adding these to my diet. Only bad thing is that they could be more filling. Overall, defintely would recommend.

Loving these! Great alternative to the kind of protein bars you get in the supermarkets, have tried all three flavours and whilst I'm not a big fan of anything heavily chocolatey, even the doublechoc ones are very nice, almond is kinda like bakewell, and the choc orange smells fantastic, tastes nearly as good! Have to say I've never really noticed the commented powdery after-taste, the only negative is a very small one - I like a crunchy cookie! And these are soft. But definitely top marks. Can't comment too much on their effectiveness as I'm also on a tapered release unflavoured protein and an all-in-one, but am definitely noticing the effects of all three products!

The taste of this cookie is horrible. It's not chocolaty at all. It's effective at filling you up but it's certainly not something that is tasty enough to eat everyday. A better choice is MyBar Oats & Whey.

I just recieved my order of the white chocolate flavour almond cookies and I have to say that they are very good. They obviously don't taste a normal cookie but it this unique smell to it that I quite like. It's very filling, soft and it dosen't crumble at all. It also has a huge amount of milk protein in so you'd be very suprised by that and a good amount of calories over 300 is more than enough for me, so I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that what's a perfect snack between meals also a pre/post workout snack as well.

Nom nom nom nom nom. I've been trying various protein bars for the last few weeks and frankly most of them have tasted either like cardboard or playdough. Just had a double chocolate chip one of these and it was really, really good. Going straight to the top of my list. Nice. :D

This is the first protein bar/cookie that I had that is realy enjoyable and tasty (white choc and almond). If you like marzipan/ battenburg cake you will LOVE these. The texture is moist and the flavour is 10/10. I look forward every morning to my 10 o clock cookie.

Double Choc Chip I'm not a heavy user of protein shakes etc. I'm quite lazy when it comes to mixing them up so I though I'd try a protein bar. The texture of these cookies is really good. They're not like normal cookies but they are perfectly edible. I do tend to get a bit of a powdery residue in my mouth but it's easily washed away by a swig of water. I'd recommend eating these with some water nearby, not because they are dry but because they leave a bit of a funny after-taste. I'm not sure if it's because I don'l like dark chocolate. Overall I'd definitely recommend them. The Nutritional value really speaks for itself, the bars are 50% protein! My Tip would be to eat them quick and have a glass of water/squash nearby to help wash them down.

For me chocolate orange is the best tasting followed by white almond then double chocolate. Expect that lots of people will disagree with me. Try all 3 then decide for yourself. The texture of all the cookies are amazing, they are all soft and moist. Chocolate orange, for me are AMAZING and deserve more love.

Absolutely amazing. Taste and texture very similar to other MyBar products, except this time with chocolate chips. Best of all (and why I chose them), absolutely lactose free!! (except for white choc flavour). Really convenient to have at work as the density means they don't crumble everywhere.

Having read the reviews I got the Double Chocolate, they are superb, no question. The review 'Tastes Pathetic" has clearly never eaten a protein bar before cause they are all rock hard and taste of cardboard ! These are just like the big soft cookies you get in the states. MP keep up the good work.

I don't tend to review anything unless it's either exceptionally bad, or exceptionally good. I can only assume that those people who are complaining about the taste of the chocolate cookies here haven't had much experience of a long-term bodybuilding diet and haven't tasted some of the many truly gopping brands and varieties of MRP and bars that are out there. The chocolate cookies are outstanding. They're probably the nicest tasting protein snack I've tasted - particularly for the macronutrient profile. They are slightly higher in sugar than some other products (but still not what you would consider to be bad) but the protein/carb ratio is great. Honestly folks, if you don't think these taste nice then you're going to have to eat 8 chicken breasts a day instead because there's nothing out there thats this good. Either that or a bodybuilding diet is not for you. Some of the stuff I've rammed down my neck in the last couple of years doesn't bear thinking about - but it gets the job done! Hats off to MP - I've been a customer of yours for over two years now and you've yet to disappoint me.

Easily the best protein bar/food I've had. They taste great, the only thing that'd differentiate this from a store bought cookie would be the texture, which can be a bit grainy. However this doesn't take away from it at all, and for 37.5g of protein per cookie it really can't be beaten.

Read the really good reviews and bought both double choc and the almond ones. Gutted because I hate the almond ones and have 15 more...if any of you live near Bangor Wales you're welcome to them... Double choc however very nice! Stick to what you know if you like choc get choc, if you like marzipan get the almond ones. The initial taste is worse than the after taste strangely. But the nutrition is pretty good so cant complain about that!

Double chocolate tastes good. But looking at the reviews here I expected more. They do however taste good, nothing special, until you remember youre eating almost 40g of protein. Its mainly the 'after texture' that pulls it down. Its like a very fine grainy texture after you swallow. I break half of one up into porridge and suddenly all the negatives disappear.

This is my first review, despite having spent quite a bit of dosh at MP over the last 6 months. I have tried all the bars, and they are all good. The vanilla-honeycomb MyBar is OK, the Deluxe caramel is nice, the Oats and Whey are great. BUT the double choc cookie is simply AMAZING. I have no idea how somebody can not LOVE this taste, clearly they have never had many or much protein bars or snacks....for 37g of protein and 20grams of carbs, the taste is out of this world, which has me concerned, as I think my wallet is going to be even lighter now....seriously good stuff for a high protein snack....

Tastes pathetic!! Well I do not mind the taste as long as I am getting my proteins in. However, all the reviews saying "double choc chip cookies - taste amazing, I could not stop till I finish mine, etc. etc." are really not true!! Taste is 1/5!! Protein snack etc. and ease of use is definitely a plus point, but to be honest, this is not a cookie! MP must work on the taste..

However, freinds say that the taste is spot on.. just a shame i've got another 16 to eat .... can notice the undelying protein poweder taste / texture though. Perhaps MP should launch a coconut and raspberry or an oat and rasin flavour? or perhaps even mixed flavour boxes (i cant eat dark chocolate without being ill).

Good product. I've tried both the double choclate chip and the white choclate almond cookies so far, I thought the double chocolate chip was lacking in flavour but still quite nice however the white chocolate almond is amazing! Well, it doesnt taste of chocolate or almonds to me but very similar to battenburg! Love these cookies! Pretty filling and 37.5g of protein per serving makes me very happy :) I don't usually review many products but I felt this one deserved a good review. However, like nearly all good quality protein bars they're relatively expensive. So try not to eat them all at once!

Just tried my first white chocolate almond cookie after they arrived today and must say they are delicious!! I'm just about to order a box of the other 2 flavours too. These are going to be ideal on a long bike ride and as a between meal snack as well as their intended purpose as pre and post workout snacks. They are tasty, easy to eat (nice and moist) and filling. I suspect the chocolate ones will be ideal as a healthier chocolate fix too. Will let you know.

These are a great size with a large amount of chocolate chips, nice and dough like, not as crisp as I would like. Gonna try white choc and orange next :-)

It is a decent product and it tastes suprisingly nice. The density of the cookie is not as bad as some other protein bars and you get 37.5 grams of protein. I always spread some butter or coconut oil on top and you have got a decent meal replacement. One thing I dont get is why they used soya protein? It can lower growth compound levels so I would like to see it replaced in the future with some 'full profile' protein or beef amino acids or something like that. All in all a good product (just ordered new box)...

Pretty much the same as most of these cookies/bars though you start off thinking they taste great then after 5 or 6 they start to get boring. I've been a fan of the Oats & Whey bars (previously known as flapjacks) so plumped for a box of the white choc and almond. First off these cookies are a decent snack size, chunky and do dip well in a nice cup of tea. Taste is excellent. Consistency is soft and chewy. I usually take mybars on long bike rides, these I can see as excellent hiking snacks as they come in individual foil bags. Tad expensive but you do get a lot of cookies in a box. Another great product from MP.

MP you really need to add a N/A section to mixability since this is a pre-made snack mixing is not required. But because I am nice I gave it a 5! Anyway these cookies aren't too bad! Effectiveness is hard to judge but with the nutritional qualities of these cookies being really good, then I cant see why they wont be affective. TASTE . . . . well the first one was kinda funny tasting, it had a little tang to it. So I wasn't too sure on them but after my 2nd and 3rd they grew on me (double choc chip). They taste very similar to MP's protein flapjacks and for those who had them should know they were rather dry, hard to chew but not totally disgusting. These cookies however are NOT dry or hard to chew, in fact there a decent size and rather chewy. So I think if your serious about gaining muscle or losing fat then these could EASILY fit into your nutrition plan as part of a snack. couple with a piece of fruit and your golden! or even for a good cheat meal cookie & ice cream, BOOM!
