1. The PBJ combo

What you need: What to do:
  1. Take your toast to new heights with a generous helping of peanut butter, followed by a dollop of our delicious Fruit Spread Zero. It couldn’t be simpler.

2. Granola bowl

What you need: What to do:
  1. Make your own granola bowl by layering granola, blueberries and yoghurt in a glass.
  2. Top it all off with a spoonful of Fruit Spread Zero.

3. Flip ‘n’ fill

What you need: Optional extras:
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Squirty cream
What to do:
  1. Make a simple pancake batter by mixing the eggs, flour and milk in a jug or bowl until smooth.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil and add a ladle of pancake batter to the pan. Cook for about a minute on each side, or until golden brown.
  3. Once cooked, spread a generous layer of Fruit Spread Zero onto your pancake, then roll and repeat.
  4. For a next-level brunch, stack your fruity pancake rolls, scatter with sliced strawberries and blueberries, then top with squirty cream.

4. Shake it up

What you need: What to do:
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy your strawberry protein shake as it is, or if you’re feeling a little bit extra pour it into a glass lined with Fruit Spread Zero.
