What you need:

  • 6 Layer Bar (Chocolate Sundae)
  • 1 scoop of peanut butter
  • Dash of milk
  • 4 bananas (chopped and frozen)

What to do:

  1. Firstly, cut your 6 Layer Bar in half — then cut one of the halves into small chunks.
  2. Then add the peanut butter, milk and frozen banana chunks into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Build your sundae by spooning the banana nice cream into a sundae glass and topping with pieces of 6 Layer Bar.

#4 — The Birthday Bowl

With a bar that tastes this good, every day feels like a birthday. Whether you are actually celebrating another year older, or you're just feeling a bit extra (hey, who's judging) our advice is to just keep sprinklin'.

What you need:

What to do:

  1. Unwrap your 6 Layer Bar and cut lengthways down the middle, then into smaller pieces.
  2. Next, mix your Greek yoghurt and Impact Whey together in a bowl to make a simple protein pudding.
  3. Scatter the 6 Layer Bar pieces over the top and finish with a generous sprinkle of 100s and 1000s.

Try them all to find your favourite.
