Tasty, easy to make, ideal sized meal for one
This is great for times when I can't prepare my lunches the night before, easy to prepare and surprisingly tSty, this one is quite spicy, very filling and I've bought more since.Goes Well With:On its own!
with working full time, having a child, playing football 3 nights a week and on a saturday i have a hectic schedule and thought id try these. have to say i was quite impressed i didnt think they would taste as good as they did and really quick and easy to make considering the time i would need to cook a similar meal from scratch. i like to cook fresh meals but on busy days these are ideal i would recommend tryin them out
I think these meals are a little expensive but they do taste great I will be buying more
I had previously purchased a few of the said products in this bundle to try them out, having been initially impressed, I went ahead and bought the 4 pack. They are easy to prepare, the taste all round suffices, and the variety isn't vast but good enough to enjoy a different meal while getting the necessary goods in your system. I'd recommend it for anyone who isn't a fan of cooking or frequently finds themselves with not a lot of time on their hands, and so preparing quick meals like this could work a dream.
To be honest, I thought this would be a glorified pot noodle...it actually tastes really nice. Nice enough I could eat it everyday. Would only be made better if it had a little more protein like the other options.Goes Well With:boiling water
The dish was nice, full of flavour and nice consistency (definitely not your pot noodle / super noodle experience).Honestly, I wouldn't have bought this, but as it was a free promotional gift I gave it a try and will probably order a few of these to keep for days when I don't want to cook after the gym.
Protein Meals are great tasting and easy food. They are ideal for people on the move and don't have time to cook.
This wasn't very tasty. It had a great chilli burn, but the actual taste wasn't very nice.
Protein Meals are easy to prepare, tastes good and are nice and filling. Will buy again.
The Protein Meals are good food. They're quick and easy to make up, so they're great on the move.
nice meal to have, i take it to work, and its quick and simple to make,Goes Well With:water
Gradually making my way through a mix bundle of the Protein Meals. I am not that keen on spicy food and the Chicken Teryaki was really quite spicy. They do all look quite similar coming out of the packet but they taste alright. The chicken casserole is quite nice. I've not tried them all yet, but I think in future I will just order the ones I like rather than the bundle. If you're like me and have to get a main meal in during the day and don't want to end up with a microwave meal, these are very good when trying to fit into your eating plan.
I found this meal really tasty abit spicy and didnt take too long to do,would recommend this meal to any one, price was very reasonable, and will in the future order another meal.
The Protein Meals are in a a foil pouch only weighing 100g, which means you can keep a couple in your work or gym bag for those times when you forget to eat or need a snack that isn't another protein shake. The instructions on the website say to add 350 ml of boiling water, but the pack says just 250ml. I followed the instructions on the pack. Removed Oxygen absorber packet, then added boiling water and gave it a good stir. Re-seal the bag, wait 8-9 mins open and eat. It's blindingly simple really, and as long as you have something that can provide boiling water, you can pretty much eat this anywhere. As soon as you look into the pack your first thought is Pot Puri. Closely followed by, Posh Pot Noodle. Once mixed and ready to eat it looks a little more like a curry. I was surprised at how nice and spicy this was. It was hot enough to make my nose run a little! With just 250ml of water it was thick enough to eat with a spoon straight out of the packet. If you added more water you would get a slightly more "soup" type of sauce. It's Great for a "balanced" meal when you're caught out, and a nice alternative to a protein bar or shake. Quick and easy to prepare and tastes good enough to make it feel like you are eating a proper meal. Make no mistake this is freeze dried food. You will get little lumps that are a bit sticky from where it's not mixed perfectly. At just 245 cals it really is just a snack and not a meal. (Maybe not a bad thing?)
The Myprotein Protein Meals - Chicken Teriyaki is very nice. It is quite spicy so be careful if you don't like that sort of food. Mixability is good, I just leave it a little bit longer than suggested as I've found 8-9 mins was not long enough. It tastes great, 19g of protein is a bonus for me as I am currently trying to up my protein intake without adding too many extra calories and at only 245kcal my waistline should not complain.
