Hard Gainer Extreme contains a unique high protein (35g) blend comprising of 5 different protein sources which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean mass. Hard Gainer Extreme is ideal for those looking to increase daily calorie intake and protein intake. It is recommended to consume Hard Gainer Extreme throughout the day in order to increase calorie consumption.
Add 700ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 3 MP large scoops (100g), shake and consume. Alternatively, add 350ml of water or milk and 1.5 MP large scoops (50g). Use 1-3 times daily or as required. 1 x level MP Large Scoop weighs 35g.

this product may not have the best taste or mix that well but if your looking for a product that works this is for you. i have found i have gained weight quickely by taking this 2 times per day. great product, would highly recomend it
Tried this protein 3 times now it's still the same gives me amazing results over 400 calories amazing an still low fat love it.
Fantastic supplement that makes it easy to get those extra calories in. Just make sure you avoid the chocolate smooth flavour. It is FAR too sweet.
I bought the banana flavor and it tastes so good. I really struggle to gain weight, but since I've been taking this twice a day I have finally gained weight
taste 5/5 results 5/5 I drink 2-3 a day and lasts me a month or just over the quality of the product is very good and if you want to gain lean muscles but struggle to maintain or gain weight I would use this!

Just bought my third bag of hard gainer extreme. I must say, I have noticed great results from using this. I am having 2-3 shakes a day using the recommended 3 scoops. Strawberry is nice, banana I am not too keen on and my 3rd bag is chocolate smooth so I'm looking forward to trying that out. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to increase their daily calorie and protein intake.Goes Well With:Milk

I started taking this to put on extra weight. I weighed a little over 9stone when I first started taking it. I take 1 scoop twice a day - once after breakfast, the other either in the evening or before the gym. I also mix oats in with it. In 4-6 weeks I put on a stone. 4 weeks following that, I stayed at the 10 stone mark. It does dehydrate you so I dont like to think what my liver is going through or what it would go through if I took the daily recommended amount but I drink plenty of water so hopefully its not too bad. Mixing - not great, although not a lot to compare to. Taste - vanilla is quite nice, banana reminds me of school banana milkshake but its a bit on the sweet side for me. I would recommend if you are looking to put weight on as it does work. I have tried everything from just upping my meal sizes to eating more meals - none of it worked and to be honest were pretty hard going either finding the time or the stomach space to do it all in one go. Having cereal, shake lunch, shake then tea has worked. Goes Well With:Oats and milk
