After a early morning and long day at work I found going to the gym very hard and a challenge to walk through the door,so I ordered these tablets. I followed the instructions and the first day only consumed half a tablet. This did nothing for me. So the second day I took the full tablet and I was running through the gym door. I did a 25 min resistant band session followed by my normal cardio workout. (Normally its one or the other). I broke my 500kcal burn by 2 minutes even after a weight session!!only thing to be careful of is your heart rate. I found I had to control my breathing a lot more to keep it under control. Theses tablets are a great product beats the energy drinks hands down plus there is none of the calories etc associated with the drinks. Top product
This caffeine is crazily strong, shaking, tunnel vision and sweating. 200mg feels more hardcore than any preworkout (although performance wise I cannot tell). So alert mentally and physically. Good product if you want a strong buzz. Being a regular coffee drinker
I'm not very sensitive to Caffeine at all but I notice a definite boost in focus when taking these. I'm a fairly small female and I don't find them too strong - I tend to take two, pre-match/training. Also great to keep in the car for long journeys!
These are a fantastic product, I use them almost every day and can feel the difference compared to when I don't. Extremely high caffeine doses aren't great for the heart so I usually cycle so every 4th day I don't have caffeine other than the green tea extract also from MyProtein. I have been using them for the last 2 months as part of my weight loss stack and feel they play a vital role. As a student, I often spent 8 hours doing intense work which completely numbed my brain by the end of the day. So when I went to the gym straight from college I often found it difficult to focus and push myself. Since I've been using these ( taking 1 tab half-an-hour before) my alertness has increased dramatically, and my motivation in the gym has increased exponentially!. after doing research on pre work out energy supplements I came to this, each tablet has 200 mg of caffeine (a very strong coffees worth of caffeine but nothing ridiculous). So I took half a pill to try them, and it was bang on, good buzz, plenty of energy, did my workout in an hour which would normally take me an hour and a half. I take 1 a day in the mornings when I really am struggling effort wise and have no alertness due to lack of sleep etc. I found this to be a good way to get me going for work and studies etc! But I have found that the taste afterwards is awful and would not recommend to anyone purely as I feel the taste is that bad! Goes Well With:Water.
Big coffee drinker and these seem like rocket fuel compared! Push that extra rep every set and works a bomb. Decent for student work fuel too. Take in the am though can mess with sleeping pattern.
I'm a student and a powerlifter. With exams approaching, I needed a little extra to allow me to survive those late nights, and to be pumped up for the gym. If I get a bad nights sleep, I usually take one of these as soon as I wake up, have a nap for 20 minutes, and by the time I wake up again I'm raring to go. I've also found the effects wear off within a couple of hours, so if you do take one quite late at night, to stay up and revise, you can still get to sleep within 2/3 hours. I've found these are also useful in conjunction with my pre-workout blend. At the moment my pre-workout isn't getting me as amped as it usually does, and thus, taking a caffeine pill with the pre-workout has enabled me to go further, and train harder. Great tablet to kickstart your day and awesome for work outs. Be careful if you are caffeine sensitive it might make you a bit dizzy and give migraines! I've just been taking one at the moment 2 was a bit much for me.
I've tried a few pre-workouts over the years and some do absolutely nothing for me, or one or 2 have given me Palpatations, which I didn't like. These caffeine tablets are great though, I keep them in my work bag for those days when leaving work I don't feel le going to the gym. Sometimes I take 1, sometimes I take 2. I feel more alert when lifting weights, great stuff. WARNING: I don't think I've very sensitive to caffeine but have noticed a few times if taken later in the evening say around 6pm, I find it difficult to sleep. Those caffeine tablets are effective and wake you up, however if you drink coffee in the mornings you won't notice any difference. Confidently buy it, it's a good replacement for pre-workout ;)Goes Well With:Cold Water
It's so good. Take one when you're exercising or just before takes about 10-20 minutes to kick in. Wears off after around an hour so will fit most work outs
I've been having one of these if and when I feel I need a bit of a boost. They certainly raise energy / focus levels, but I wouldn't say they're as remarkable as described by other reviewers (you will not start shaking due to their content etc...) TOP TIP: if you're not too good with swallowing tablets, have a glass of water before and with the tablet as I did find on one occasion it stuck to the roof of my mouth for a split-second. I will continue to buy them when I have run out, Goes Well With:Water.
I am a regular coffee drinker, 6 mugs a day, plus the occasional espresso shot. On top of this I'm partial to an energy drink, and also take Thermopure before my workout. So I didn't think I would be too sensitive to caffeine. But these things are next level strength! I accidentally took 2 the first time because I didn't realise the serving was only 1 pill. So that's 400mg of caffeine I had by mistake, admittedly quite a lot in one go. I take them during the day when cutting to keep energy levels up between meals and my God did it work! After taking two I felt a very strong high, almost as if on drugs or alcohol. Brain went a little cloudy and vision slightly blurry and buzzing. But energy levels were limitless, I was power walking everywhere without realising and manual labour at work came and went without a second thought. Definitely does what it's supposed to. These are great value but in my opinion are far too strong. I find that 200mg gives me an upset stomach and I often have to split these in half. A dose of 100-120mg would be much better.
I find these amazing, I don't feel like I'm bouncing off the walls but it definitely gives me the energy to get done what I need to and I have lost weight whilst taking them.
Tablets are fantastic but are a little on the strong side. I regularly drink energy drinks and the like and in a can there's 80mg. With these being 200mg I found them to be a little too strong.

I got these because I'm a student, and I was finding 70-100 hour weeks hard to keep up. They made almost no difference to my initially, then I 'learned' the trick of using caffeine to keep awake... it's not to pop 200+mg and push through, it's to take the tablet (/espresso shot) before a nap (max 30min) or after hitting snooze in the morning. My productivity weren't up massively, I could pull 12-14 hour days work (desk work) and get 6 hours (tops) sleep a night and still function. So that's what got these a full time place on my bedside cabinet (in my locker at Uni/ work, in my glove box, my hat... basically some everywhere I might feel the need to pass out and need to work 100% the next day) Now that I've got time to sleep (and hit the gym) I'm not sure quite how much they actually help my workout, because I've not got a comparison without them. I when I've regularly gym'd in the past I've never seen quite the drastic results I've had the last 18 months, and I've never had more productive energy in my life.
it is caffeine it works .200 mg gives allot of energy for workouts but i cant sleep at night due to this so i don,t use it anymore .
This pre workout it perfect for why I wanted it for since I gym early in the morning I found it really improves my alertness which allows me to lift roughly 5-10% more. Also have been using it before rugby training sessions and matches and have found it really enhanced my perfrormance and increased my focus and hencely my overall ability. Definitely recommend a purchase!
Even after several attempts, no effect is produced. Something better focus, a little more alertness. But by far not what I expected.

Taste: No taste. Mixability: Easy to swallow. Effectiveness: For people who are regular coffee/tea drinkers the 200mg will be quite low, I usually take 300mg( 1 and half tablets) or 400mg depending on the amount of caffeine I have consumed on the day. Overall: Great as a pre-workout, just as effective if not better than most pre-workouts on the market at the fraction of the price. Once you figure out your dosage it will come in handy for getting you through some of those long days.
Caffeine Pro is a good product and gives the kick that caffeine does. It's small and effective, but slightly sour.

Great product, good for a boost when flagging after a day at work but still want to train hard. I'm not very sensitive to caffeine, so take two at a time, but I do notice I'm more focused during sessions when I take this. From what I've read, this is fairly strong though, so if you are sensitive to caffeine, be careful how much you take - i.e if a coffee sends you loopy, or red bull gives you palpitations - this may be too strong for you!

Very affordable compared to other pre workout supplements. I got tired of spending £40 on a pre-workout which lasted for a month, so I decided to try some good old caffeine! Gives me that boost I need in the gym without spending a fortune! Recommended!
This Caffeine Pro is the best product I have used so far for my regular workout. One tablet gives enough surge of power and strength for 2 hours plus. It's highly recommended if taken in moderation. It works wonderful for me.

I would definitely recommend this Caffeine Pro. I find caffeine useful before a long ride, particularly if planning on quite a few climbs. I don't like taking caffeine in my glucose gels as it's difficult to dose the caffeine that way, if you're pushing hard you may need a frequent glucose boost but caffeine is not evidenced to work well that way. I take the Myprotein gels, which have a great electrolyte/carb mix and caffeine load pre ride and once during the ride depending on length. This gives you better flexibility. So I bought these Caffeine Pro tablets to help burn off extra calories in the gym. I've been taking them for nearly 2 weeks now and I think I must be either be very tolerant of caffeine or these just aren't doing what they say they do. That's not to say they don't work at all, but I think it just depends on how sensitive you are to caffeine. It does say not to use more than 1 tablet in 1 hour and not to exceed more than 2 tablets in a day, so it made me think it must be quite strong, but I can't say I have really felt the effects.Goes Well With:Water
I don't want to sound like a caffeine junky, but for a heavy lifting session 200mg isn't really enough caffeine. Caffeine Pro gets you awake and feeling good, but for the overall energy level, it's not a good product by itself. I'm just not brave enough to mix caffeine with amino acids/creatine drinks.
