I bought this protein just resently and connot say anything about effectiivness yet but I know that the chocolate-mint taste is terrible. Unfortunately I bought a pack of 4kg which will now last forever. Pity the choice of tastes is so very limited. The good part is that if you feel hungry at night one shake before bedtime makes you feel sated but doesn´t give you the feeling of being stuffed. So its easy to sleep after having a shake.Goes Well With:semi skimmed milk
Taste isn't as good as previously used products (ON Gold Standard + Phd Pharma Whey). The range of flavours is second to none though. It has great effectiveness especially for the price. The mixability is fairly poor. Bit of a grainy consistency especially with 2 scoops. For the price i can't complain too much and as long as its effective ill continue to use it. Might try a Casein product and see if thats a better alternative to this.
Love this product tastes great, not to heavy mixes well. Everything I need in one shake good stuff!
I often try a new flavour and always end up going back to vanilla, but the mint chocolate bedtime extreme is truly the tastiest and smoothest protein I have ever tried. Perfect with milk and really prepares me for the gym in the morning. Enjoy!Goes Well With:Milk
Mint Choc is too artificial and sweet tasing
I tried the mint chocolate flavour and it is very tasty. I mix it with ONs Bcaa 5000 powder which tastes foul in anything else but mixed with this it tastes like after eights which is good in my books. Since starting on this my recovery has gone from fast to ridiculous and I am very pleased with. Does leave me feeling a little bloated so tend to leave some time to let the bloat go away before actually trying to sleep. But otherwise perfect. Goes Well With:Bcaas
I think that the bedtime extreme has increased my muscle mass and the mocha flavour is very tasty
This stuff works grate for me... Makes me sleep like a baby!! No getting hungry though the night. Well worth it money I can't sleep without it.Goes Well With:Water or milk
Great Taste, Easy to drink, high protein, would highly recommend the Choc Mint.
Hard to say if this is making a difference, perhaps a little but as I don't have a large protein intake then this should be a help anyhow. I have tried the mocha flavour and find it it to be quite nice to drink. I usually use coconut milk and it mixes well, sometimes ordinary milk but I have tried it with dark chocolate almond milk and this is the best, especially if you like the shake to be thick and chocolatey. It's all a matter of individual taste but I'd certainly recommend it and it doesn't seem to be a problem before bed if you have it 30-45 minutes prior to lights out.Goes Well With:Coconut or almond milk.
