MP Reward Points

MP Reward Points are automatically added to your online account every time you shop with Myprotein or use your unique referral code to recommend someone to Myprotein. These points can be exchanged online at any time and allow you to get even more money off your Myprotein purchases.

There are two ways to earn MP Reward Points:

1.MP Loyalty Points - you earn points every time you spend with Myprotein
2.MP Referral Points - you earn points every time you recommend a new customer to Myprotein using your unique MP Referral Code. You must make sure referred customers input your MP code when they REGISTER in order to earn your Referral Points.

How do I spend my MP Reward Points?

You can spend your MP Reward Points at any time for any purchase from our website. To check your current points total, simply:

1.Log in to your account
2.Click on 'Your Account' at the top right of the screen
3.Then select the 'MP Reward Points' tab

This will display a full breakdown of how you have earned your points, as well as your current total points available to spend.

When you want to redeem your points, follow these steps :

1.At checkout, you will be reminded of your MP Points total under the section 'Discounts'
2.Type in the number of points you wish to convert and click on 'Use MP Points'
3.Your points will then be automatically converted into currency and deducted from your order
4.Your new total payment required will be shown
5.Simply continue through the payment steps to complete your purchase as normal

How do I earn MP Loyalty Points?

For every £1 you spend with Myprotein, you earn 1 MP Reward Point. Each point is worth a penny, so if you spend £100 on your order, you would earn 100 points which converts to £1 off a future purchase. The points really do add up - we know because we see how much customers save when they spend them! Watch out for special MP Points promotions from time to time for the chance to earn extra points.

How do I earn MP Referral Points?

For every new customer you recommend to Myprotein, you earn 5 MP Reward Points for every pound they spend on their first order. For example, if you recommend a friend who spends £50 on their first order, we'll give you a massive 250 points! The more people you recommend to MP, the more your points will rack up, meaning more savings for you.

In order for us to track who you recommend, it is essential that you insist they input your unique MP code when they register. If they do this, they'll also receive a triple points bonus on their first order, so it's a win-win!

To help you easily recommend Myprotein to friends and family, you can send an email from within your account which will include your unique MP code. To do this, simply log in to your account by clicking on Your Account in the top right of the screen. Select the MP Rewards tab and at the bottom you will find a short form to complete.

Things to remember

When you register with Myprotein you are automatically given a unique MP Referral Code. Log into Your Account to find out what yours is.

Give out this code to as many people as possible recommending them to try Myprotein. We include special referral cards to give out in every order you place, but if you need more just ask!

• All points which have been issued to you prior to 9.00am on Friday 23 March 2012 (Historic Points) will expire on 29 June 2013. If you do not redeem your Historic Points prior to this date then they will be lost.
  
  All points issued to you after 9.00am on Friday 23 March 2012 will be valid for 12 months from the date on which they were issued (and when you spend points, you shall be spending your oldest points first).
  
• There is no limit, the more you spend and recommend, the more you collect
  
• Only one voucher can be used at checkout so make sure you convert the right number of points
  
• Vouchers must be used at checkout only and cannot be used retrospectively or on phone or postal orders
  
• You cannot recommend someone living in the same household unfortunately
  
• Only one account can be created per customer and any abuse of this is strictly against MP rules.
  
• We have sophisticated customer tracking software and any fraudulent use of the programme will result in deletion of all related accounts and removal of all points.
  
• We have the right to remove any points or vouchers at any time
