5Have majorly helped my energy levels and also are super easy to swallow being so small compared to other vitamin b tablets. Have that normal mild vitamin taste in your mouth but goes away after drinking something. Overall super effective and a must have. Goes Well With:All the vitamins

Great product so far!
5I love this vitamin as it has a blend of all the essential B vitamins included inside. This vitamin has definitely helped with my tiredness and moods, as when going to gym I don’t feel sluggish anymore and I’m able to really focus now. I take them with some other vitamins, at the start of the day with breakfast, definitely recommend! Goes Well With:Take with: Water, clear whey, any drink. I like to take at breakfast.
