Good Alternative to Thermopure
4It’s a good alternative but not as good as Thermopure personally speaking. The only way this is better is in the taste. If you get Thermopure stuck the taste burns due to the cayenne pepper but The Thermo doesn’t have that. The Thermo does a good enough job though and I take 1 with each meal when not working out or 2 together about 30 mins before workout. Goes Well With:CLA

3I had this tablet for the first day and this one kept me awake all night.!!! Was tossing and turning all night. As you can see this tablet consist of 300mg caffeine and this Strong caffeine do all the job. So stop taking it through the day. Just taking this tablet whenever I am working night shift as it helps me a lot to stay awake throughout the whole shift..

Can take or not after expiration?
3May I know if i can still take The Thermo as it has expired since march 2021. It has never been opened since buying it some time last year 2020. Please advise!

4Would see results if gyms were open. Not a miracle pill but does work slowly. Want results then use this and get training Goes Well With:Water

5I've been really struggling with productivity in the gym, just generally feeling a bit weak and unmotivated - but after using this product, I've never felt more energetic in the gym. Gives you that extra kick when working out! 100% recommend

5I think this product is great. It definitely does what it says it will do but only with the mix of exercise and eating well. 30 mins before a workout with lots of water and you will feel the sweat dripping in no time. I began taking mine with iron tablets but the combo made me feel sick for 10 minutes after. I take Mythermo sperately and also only take 2 a day not 3. I'm a young female losing fat and lifting weights and no expert at all but I feel the difference with these tablets. Long may it continue. 4Currently going through a lower calorie phase as most people would for the summer. I believe these to be a good addition to my daily routine as they help suppress appetite and increase energy especially when low calorie = low energy. Would recommend the productGoes Well With:A drink

I really get warmed up
4I've taken MP Thermo Extreme for a while now, and whilst I've had good "losses" I've never liked them. Sometimes they get stuck and provide a god awful after taste, and additionally repeat on me. So when I saw something new from MP (MyThermo) I'd thought I'd give them a try. They are a smaller tablet which is easier to swallow and I have noticed a far more thermo reaction when using them for my gym sessions. I really get warmed up, in some cases a rather flushed feeling. I have not noticed any other side affects and they do not repeat on me either which is an added bonus. I'd say they are about as effective as Thermo Extreme are/were, but since I'm already on a controlled diet, it's hard to say exactly how effective, as I'm close to my desired BF%. Just need the price to come down a bit now..hahaGoes Well With:Water / other hydrating fluids.
