Amazing
5This pre-work out shot, is one of the best I have tried. It works within 15 minutes and gives me the strength and energy that I need to complete my workout. I love the taste, it’s sharp and not too sour. Goes Well With:My whey protein shake, chocolate and coconut is my fave.

4Very effective, I had itchy hands and pins and needles in my feet it had me buzzing- good if you like this probs not for you if you don’t. Very sour taste I love it. One thing I did notice was it had creatine in which I don’t take on the regular and don’t want to so not sure if that’s a good thing. Goes Well With:On its own

3Took this 10 mins before my gym session my body went into electric way too strong for me electric shocks in my head and body wasn't a nice feeling !!

Works like a dream
5These are brilliant, I do martial arts at 8:30pm and it can be a time where your tired and are ready for bed. Try these they will give you a boast and your good to go. The taste is obviously sour but its a shot your not supposed to drink it in sips.
