Great BCAA but why include B6??? KEEP THEM SEPERATE
1BCAA's fine but be careful with these, they caused me to have over sensitive nerve issues from the overdose in B6 including restless leg at night.

Excellent to help DOMS
5Easy to swallow tablets that help reduce DOMS and supply that extra little bit of essential amino acids for muscle building.Goes Well With:Water, tea, coffee, any liquids.

5Great supplement, only down side it’s quite big to swallow and abit powdery apart from these small points it’s fantastic, mixes well with your daily protein intake after work out.

Easy to take quickly
4It’s good for quickly getting it down you, although some people have a problem with the size you get used to it. I don’t think it’s a problem

5Excellent! Able to perform much better in body pump classes, I can maintain my bar weight until the end of the class. Previously I'd be dropping weight off the bar during the last set.Goes Well With:Whey isolate

Miracle supplement?!
5Best supplement I’ve ever taken, I take 4 a day before and after a work out and no matter how hard I work out muscle soreness will be non existent / minimal they next day! I swear by them and would highly recommend!! They have definitely aided in my muscle growth too They are large but still easy to swallow with water, I’ve had 0 side effects and will continue to rave about the product! 😅💪
