Meal replacement
5Loved this shake ordering more I normally have a shake and a cereal bar /rice cake or a piece of fruit along with it I've already lost a stone along with healthy eating I normally only have one shake in a day as I like to have a normal lunch and dinner great taste Goes Well With:Water

5This is excellent!! all what you need with reduced calories to suit your calorie deficit, improve performance giving positive results. I am more than happy to purchase this again.Goes Well With:The choc fudge brownie mixes well with peanut butter to up raise your fats, and the strawberry and cream pairs well with fresh blueberries giving it more texture I also added a protein yoghurt to bulk it out.

5Hi this is my first time take this I lover it I make mistake in choose because I don't like strawberry but I buy another vanilla is very good I take in the morning in my breakfast is good because reduce your apitet I give 10 I use all products my protein because is good for stomach I'm vegan is nice I recommend for everyone...

5Good taste (strawberries and cream) and helps boost my protein intake in days when I’m low with only less than 100cals when using water only. You can mix with all types of milk products and add fruit. Goes Well With:Milk products, ice-cream, fruit (strawberries).

Great but..
4I love the taste of this and it definitely does the job after a workout. My issue is that a scoop actually weighs 40g, so if you’re not careful you’re adding more than you think. Based on another review I thought I’d check and sure enough it’s more than 25g. From now on I weigh the amount I use. Works well with unsweetened almond milk, frozen berries and a handful of oats. I can’t say if I benefit from the powder yet as I’ve only had it about 4 times. Goes Well With:Frozen berries, oats, fat free natural yogurt and almond milk.
