We suggest you take Creatine Ethyl Ester around 1 hour before a workout. On non-workout days take at the same time as a workout day. After 4-6 weeks of continued use take 1-2 week off and start period again.

It's pure CEE so there's nothing added to make it mix better. Shake the life out of it and you'll be grand. Also, don't try to improve the taste, it won't work, just have your pre-workout ready straight after. Once you get used to the taste though, it's really not a big deal.Goes Well With:Chug it by itself then take pre-wo to wash the taste 👍

I didn't purchase this for the taste but for its effectiveness. Its fantastic. I cross train 6 days a week kettle bells , spin , HITT. I've doubled the weight I've been swinging in kettle bells. I've had zero bloating no stomach or skin issues. I've definitely lost the stubborn pocket of fat i had on my abdomen and have gained a lot of lean muscle. I've way less muscle soreness and fatigue. Look it tastes terrible but looking at a previous review i mix 5g a mouthful of water and shot it back followed by orange juice and my morning smoothie. I don't know why u didn't start taking it sooner.Goes Well With:Orange Juice after you shot it back.

It mixes very well without any of the grittiness of creatine monohydrate that I've used before. However it is the most bitter substance I've ever encountered. Goes Well With:Drinking quickly
It works amazingly well and that's all that matters! Worst thing I've ever tasted but for the 5 seconds it takes to swallow it's 100% worth it. No upset stomach like with monohydrate and highly noticeable increase in power when lifting. Goes Well With:Nothing can possibly make this taste good.
Taste and mixability is something that is not a problem. Just mix with your normal protein shake. Effectiveness is ongoing with the training i am doing. Second day Doms non existent, being able to push harder during the training is a notably better. Would buy again.Goes Well With:Coconut milk Pea protein Flavour drops, banana, vanilla raspberry etc.
My advice to get around the horrible taste is to bomb it. Buy rice paper -> break into 4 -> wet 1 quarter of the rice paper and place on a plate -> add scope of creatine -> fold rice paper around the creatine -> place on tongue -> drink water. No foul taste! Great product, noticeable increase in strength after 2 weeks. Goes Well With:Rice paper!
Just a quick review. I've used Creatine Monohydrate before when I last took my physique seriously (life has since got in the way) and I'd always end up with stomach cramps. It generally just made me feel poorly. It effects, however, were noticeable when going for those last few reps. This stuff, however, is a lot lot better. No loading phase, and I believe it works better. It could all just be in my head though, but it's at least as effective as the monohydrate. It requires no loading, and I have no stomach upsets with it - so it's far preferable to the traditional creatine. One thing though, that has been said plenty, is the taste. Not that is should matter, as this job of these supplements is not to taste good, nor is it designed to get any Michelin stars, it's to help you gain the best from your training. However, that being said, this stuff is definitely one of the harder things to get down your throat. I've tried different ways to get it over and done with quicker - even just spooning the powder into my mouth and washing it down with fresh orange - in the hope to get it over quickly (bad idea by the way!). I've tried mixing it with a freshly brewed, and cooled, espresso - hoping that the coffee bitterness would mask it - no luck I'm afraid. Tried mixing it with shakes, milk, juices, etc. The most palatable method for taking this, for me anyway, is simply dissolving the correct dose completely in about 50ml of water. Stir it until it's clear, it'll only take a minute, then take it down like a shot. I'm guessing that with it being completely dissolved, it is picked up less by your taste buds, as it's definitely more palatable than any other way - although it's still rank. Anyway, if you have a sensitive stomach, as I do with IBS, then you'd be best using this over the monohydrate. The lack of a loading phase is also beneficial. And if you really can't cope with the taste, there's always the capsules - at a massively inflated cost per dose compared to the powder - but it's regularly on some form of promotion. I've yet to try the capsules, but I fail to see how they'd be any less effective. Goes Well With:Nothing, but gets as good as it gets dissolving in about 50ml of water.
This is the most discusting tasting creatine supplement ever,however seems to work quickly.ive been taking with orange juice but have struggled with the aftertaste.this morning I added honey and was surprised to find the aftertaste not as bad.
