Skin
Whilst they smell in my opinion vile ( my partner doesn’t think they are that bad so it’s personal opinion) and the taste isn’t great …. I do notice a difference in my skin when taking them. So for that reason I continue to use them.

Easy to use ! My skin has become less puffy since using these (2 months in) and my hair doesn’t get greasy anymore. Taste isn’t great but super easy to eat and crack on with the day.Goes Well With:Multi vitamin gummy and omega 3 capsule

My recovery has excelled since taking collagen
I have never used collagen before as I didn’t require it however after a recent injury to my knee it has helped speed up the process as well as having clearer skin and overall strength. Goes Well With:Multivitamin gummies Ashwaghanda

I have pretty good skin anyway and to be honest I don’t know if these have made any difference at all. What I will say though is they taste great, I could happily sit down and eat the whole jar like a pack of sweets. Anyone saying they taste bad must have an old batch or something because they really are nice. Texture is really good too.Goes Well With:Other sweets
