Speedy or what!\n\nI was not feeling 100% when I went into do my work out, but I did it anyway, as I had wanted to try out the Recovery XS. As soon as I finished my training I took this. I was very glad I did as I felt much better than before when I only drank water, or an isotonic drink after training. This time with this Recovery XS, my head was clearer than before the workout!\n"

Adding whey hydrolosate in addition to/replacement of isolate would imo make this truly the ultimate pwo recovery formula! As is it's a really great product although I will be making my own in future using hydrolosate instead.

"i came across this and thought let me try it, at first i had it with half water half milk and it was sickly, and it put me off, but then i thought let me try it with just water, and it was nice, not the best tasting, but it does the trick, i don't mind mixing them separately, but its got everything i normally have, plus it works out cheaper, will be placing another order when low!\nthanks MP"

I have no idea what the majority of the people are talking about.\nI have had the pleasure of sampling some of MR C Arnold's recovery xs and found the taste to be quite nice.\nIt saves the time of having to make your own formula with enough of the right things added to it to make it a truly worth while pwo shake.

"Ive returned to purchasing something from MP as I saw that they had a new formula for their Post Workout Shake. I have tried WMS before and liked it. I currently buy another product that contains Hydro Whey so know that it has a bitter taste , I dont have a problem there !\nI bought 2 kg of Recovery XS and am not particularly impressed. It seems to be just lacking in something ?\nColouring is a bit over the top !\n"

"Have to agree with previous review, the taste and texture is foul especially when compared to the old "recovery" formula (I bought strawberry too). Despite this I'm sure this formula will deliver but it is too early to comment on its effectiveness at the moment."

"The product seems to be doing its job in terms of results. You do however have to put up with a horrible after taste. I tried mixing it with water which was disgusting, am now using milk which is just bearable. I am using Strawberry so will try a different flavour next time."

"Bought 2kgs to try this out and I can promise you, it'll be the last 2kgs!\n\nInitially tried it with a rough measurement and was about sick with the horrible after taste so waited a few days before measuring out the correct amounts. Still the same!\n\nI'm sure the powder does work but for me, I'd actually say the taste was disgusting and I'll stick with buying everything individually!\n\nFor your information, twas the strawberry one I tried!
