These are the only pills that wake me up and give me allertness no matter what even if I am falling asleep at work after a rough night looking after my daughters. I've been taking these for about 6 weeks now. Considering during those 8 weeks I've been a little 'on and off the wagon' shall we say due to a few holidays I still managed to loose 7lbs in that time. The results are amazing - HOWEVER also during this time I've visited my doctors for unexplained dizziness. Every time I stand I get the dizziness you get when you stand too fast. When I go to the gym I get dizzy during weights and I have to stop. Its only now when considering this could be related I've realised these are most probably the side effects of the Niacin in these pills. My plan is to speak to my doctor before taking any more. I hope to be cleared to take one pill per day instead of two but obviously I need to think about my health as my priority.

This is a great product but it's very strong. If you are caffeine sensitive, like me, I would recommend taking 1 a day to start with and don't take too late in the afternoon or you'll struggle to get to sleep. After reading the reviews I decided to take 2 in the morning before my workout and I powered through it. I had more energy and sweated a lot more. I had 1 the following morning, as instructed, as it was a rest day but I definitely worked up a sweat whilst doing my housework! I have taken Thermopure in the past but I prefer these as I find them more effective. Excited to see the results after pro-longed use. I see these capsules as a good addition to my healthy diet and regular gym workouts. Goes Well With:A good workout and plenty of water!

The reviews for this product are great, so I was expecting more I guess. I have lost 4 pounds in a month, but the last 2 weeks I've lost nothing at all and gained 1 pound so far...
