They're ideal for a nutritious breakfast, simply add one scoop (50g) to 200ml of water or milk and heat to make the perfect porridge.

What to enjoy Rolled Oats with?

Gluten-free porridge is a great breakfast boost - try with our delicious Sugar-Free Syrup for a low-calorie way to liven up your oats in the morning.

Instructions: Simply mix one scoop (50g) with 200ml water or milk, and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave. Based on 800W microwave. Caution: Product will be hot.
