    Overview

    Our Omega 3-6-9 contain a blend of fish and plant oils, which provide a perfect blend of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids.

    Everybody knows how important it is to have Omega 3 in your diet, but it is as equally as important to ensure you consume enough Omega 6 and Omega 9 as well. Your body can not make Omega 3 or Omega 6 (so they are classed as essential) so it's necessary you get enough of them in your diet through food or supplementation.

    The Omega 6 fatty acid contains GLA (gamma linolenic acid) which is a very vital acid to support our immune system and has other excellent benefits. The Omega 9 fatty acid is created by the body, but in very small quantities. Additional supplementation is beneficial as oleic acid has shown to prevent the hardening of the body's blood vessels.

      Don't listen to the fools that are saying this stuff makes you reak. It's a good product. It contains low odour fish oils and if you don't take it on an empty stomach or take too much at once you'll never taste or smell any fish.

      As usual, MP supply a high quality product for a very good price. I have just ordered another tub. This is a great way to add Omega3, 6 and 9 to your diet on top of your food intake.\n\nI had no bad after effects, no smelling of fish or smelly pores. I took two in the morning with breakfast and two at night.\n\nMy only complaint is that it is not very rich in EPA or DHA.\n\n100% recommended product. You should have this in your life, weather you workout or not.

      This is a terrible product in my view as it is extremely difficult to consume due to the taste and mixability - its like trying to drink glue at the best of times. A complete waste of money.

      hey if u were wondering the reason why this product is making your pores smell its probably because you are taking to much of it, it comes through your pores when u sweat, take slightly less off the oil then see how u get on, thanks

      Word of warning, these ar egood but they make you really smell, my breath smelt of rotten fish, it came through my pores. other than that they are good.

      I've been using these in my diet programme for a while now and found them invaluable. However, just a word of warning, they do give you really bad fish breath and it reeks through your pores! I take mine before I go to bed and it wears off before you wake up.\n\nThe wife doesn't think this is such a good idea though..............
