    Suggested Use

    As a food supplement, we recommend consuming 2 tablets, 3 times a day. Best taken with a high protein meal. On training days consume 2 tablets 15 minutes before training, with the remaining 4 tablets as previously directed.

      With the this i wasn't sure if i was gaining to start with, however after a full month not only did i see large gains but it had other people commenting as well. The only issue with this product is the price and this was taken with very regular gym use

      i have taken almost half a tub now and not noticed any significant changes which is unusual for me as my body is particually responsive to supplements usually. This is the only product iv tryed, and iv tryed many that i have been underwhelmed by. i would like to know if this is because i am 18 years old and therefore my testostorone levels are already high? and any reccomendations on dosage. i dont doubt the quality of the product everything iv bought off myprotein in the past has been fantastic.

      cant beleive the results ,i have been using them now for just two weeks and the results really are massive i am 62 years old and have found it to be the best for adding lean mass i have tried other methoxy supplements and had reasonable results but nothing like this ,i shall be using this product again thats for sure

      This is a hell of a lot cheaper than the majority of rival brands. Good gains in strengh and muscle. The guy who owns gym I got asked me if i were on gear. i have been bundling this with zma and tribulus pro. If your going to have a ridiculus big sized steak take a serviing there and then. Seriously. taking a serving before training boosted my energy and felt like a power house. used to struggle shoulder pressing 88lb dumb bells and now i can do 15 plus reps and i Have gone upto 100lb pair in a space of a week. Thank you myprotein!! I will be buying again

      I've taken my time (almost whole) bottle before posting this review. I'm 38 years old and have made some lean gains where other creatine / testo boosters have just wasted my money. I highly recommend this product to all serious athlete's that don't want to go down the road of juice. Only complaint is the cost so I'm waiting for it to be on offer before buying again.
