You’ve just finished your dinner and that inevitable craving for something sweet is coming on. This time you fancy brownies, but who wants to cook up an entire batch?
Luckily Ellie (@ellena_fit) has come to the rescue with a super-simple three-ingredient brownie that delivers on taste and provides a dose of protein, too.
This recipe couldn’t be simpler, and the result is ooey-gooey brownie goodness. At just 195 calories and 11g of protein, I'm forever grateful to Ellie for this one. Here’s how you make it.Makes 1 brownieIngredients
- 1 tbsp self-raising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Myprotein Protein Chocolate Spread
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C

Add all your ingredients into a bowl and whisk with a fork

Spray a ramekin with olive oil spray and pour your mixture in

Put the ramekin in the oven and cook at 180C for 10 minutes
5.
Allow to cool for a few minutes and dive in!
