A low-cal dessert to satisfy your sweet-tooth.

Emily English, also known as @EmTheNutritionist, has let us in on one of her go-to sweet treats for when cravings strike. And with 7g of protein per pot this is a great little boost for you macros. Plus they’re brimming with flavour, featuring fresh raspberries and Very Cherry Clear Whey from the Jelly Belly range.

Makes 4 pots

Ingredients

  • 12 g gelatine powder
  • 1 scoop Clear Whey (Very Cherry) Very Cherry is out of stock at the moment, but sub in Berry Blue and swap your raspberries for blueberries!
  • Handful raspberries

Instructions

1.

Add the water and Clear Whey into a shaker and mix until fully combined

2.

Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle in the gelatine

3.

Leave for around five minutes, then warm the mixture up on a medium heat. You don’t want the mixture to boil, just allow it to warm through

4.

Whisk until the gelatine is completely dissolved

5.

Pour your mixture into your pots

6.

Add a few raspberries into each before chilling in the fridge for four hours or until completely set
