Apple & Cinnamon Protein Yogurt

 

Eating healthy certainly doesn’t have to be boring!

Here at Myprotein we’re constantly developing culinary creations to maximising the enjoyment of  your meal times!

To make this amazing protein yogurt snack follow the recipe below! perfect for a pre workout, post workout or just general day time snack.

 

Ingredients

 

– 35g Myprotein Impact Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)

 

– 1 pot of 0% Greek Yogurt (170g)

 

– 100g chunky applesauce (either homemade or bottled)

 

– ½ tbsp cinnamon

 

 

Method

 

1) Mix all ingredients together.

 

2) Sprinkle with cinnamon.

 

Eat!
