Bananas help maintain overall good health, not to mention a slow release of energy throughout the day. Follow this ideal pick-me-up recipe and your energy levels will last longer – shame the shake won't!
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 25 g Organic Whey Protein
- 1 tsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 10 g Bee Pollen
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together and serve.

For an extra boost sprinkle some additional bee pollen or add a few raw cacao nibs on top.
