Save some money by making your very own salted caramel frappé.
On a warm day there’s nothing better than an ice-cold frappé. For those wanting to save some coin, up their protein, and get their caffeine hit, this salted caramel frappé is the way to go. It’s so easy to make and so indulgent, while still delivering 29g of protein.
Anyway, enough talking — here’s how Zack (@zack.chug) whips up his refreshing high-protein frappé.
Makes 1 frappé
Ingredients
- Lots of ice
- 200 ml skimmed milk (or milk aternative)
- shot espresso coffee
- 1 scoop Salted Caramel Impact Whey Protein (or vegan alternative)
- Squirt low-cal whipped cream (optional)
- Drizzle Sugar-Free Syrup (optional)
Instructions
1.
Chuck all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2.
Pop it into your favourite glass, top with whipped cream and syrup if using, and enjoy
