When it comes to prepping for your summer getaway, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the exciting things — like browsing for swimwear and researching best places to eat on Trip Advisor — and overlook stuff like what to actually wear whilst travelling. Sounds like a minor detail, but no one makes good outfit decisions just before they’re about to catch a 4am flight.

Don’t worry — we’re here to make sure things go as smoothly as possible, so we’ve put together a quick guide to help you remember the important bits.

In this article we’ll cover:

Clothing To Travel In

Rule #1 of travelling: comfort is key.

Unless you’re an A-list celeb with paparazzi waiting for you in the arrivals area, why would you put yourself through the ordeal of dressing up just to sit for hours on end feeling the wrath of harsh plane air con? In fact, even if you are an A-list celeb, you deserve a break.

Whether you’re lucky enough to be facing a long haul flight, or you’re keeping it closer to home with a road trip to the coast — our top picks for travelling will see you through.

Men’s

On top: Neon Signature Tank or T-Shirt

Why not fully embrace summer with a tank? If you’re feeling really bold, go for the lime colour way. Or, if that’s not really your style then the t-shirt is also a solid choice. Both are made from 100% cotton and are tailored for a relaxed, oversized fit — just what you want to keep you comfy in waiting lounges.

On bottom: Neon Signature Sweat Shorts

Don’t be shy about getting your legs out, it’s basically a requirement this time of year. Plus, ain’t nobody got time to be travelling in something as restrictive as a pair of jeans. Elasticated, adjustable waistbands are the way forward.

For that extra layer: Neon Signature Hoodie or Crew Sweat

Even if your final destination has a more promising weather forecast, if you’re starting off in England, chances are you’re going to need an extra layer to keep away the cold (and probably the rain). With on-trend neon tab detailing and super-soft brush back cotton both our Neon Signature Hoodie and Crew Sweat are great to complete your travel outfit.

Women’s

On top: Escape Vest or Fly T-Shirt

Made with lightweight, soft-feel fabric, both of these tops make for a strong travelling choice. The Escape Vest features a racer back with a dropped hem design, making it an easy layer to throw on any time, and our Fly T-Shirt is an essential with a super-flattering open-back detail.

On bottom: The Original Leggings

As previously mentioned, ain’t nobody got time for jeans when travelling. It’s all about the super-soft stretch fabric and elasticated waistband. Don’t worry though, we’ve not sacrificed style for comfort by any means. Featuring classic block branding, these look every bit as good as they feel.

Underneath it all: Seamless Bralette and Thong

Did you know we do underwear? And boy, do we do it well. Our Seamless set is exactly the kind of comfort you need when you’re spending time alternating between queuing and sitting with minimal leg room. Made with soft, stretch fabrics, this is everyday support you can breathe in.

For that extra layer: Icon Cropped Hoodie

This has to be the hottest hoodie of the summer. Our essential pullover is cropped at a super-flattering length and features relaxed, oversized sleeves for ultimate casual cool. Coming in black, teal and lemon — good luck deciding on your favourite.

Must-Have Accessories

1. Bag it up

Another travel must: having a spacious and secure bag to store all the essentials in — like your phone, purse, passport… and snacks, of course. We’ve got some super stylish options for you to choose from, whether it’s our classic Backpack in a summery shade of seafoam, or our sleek Quilted Backpack which features an inner laptop compartment.

Not one for packing light? Try our Barrel Bag out for size.

2. Hats

Whether you’re keeping the sun out of your eyes, or just hiding the fact you probably should have washed your hair, you can’t go wrong with one of our Baseball Caps or Snapbacks.

3. Hydration on-the-go

There’s nothing worse than being stuck in traffic feeling like you’re slowly drying up from the inside out. Don’t get caught out, take one of our Double Walled Bottles with you wherever you go — it’s insulated to keep your drinks cool for hours.

Or, if that’s not enough to quench your thirst, try out ½ Gallon or Gallon Hydrators for a serious amount of liquid storage.

4. Nutrition on-the-go

You may be going on holiday, but that doesn’t have to mean your nutrition goes entirely out the window. Obviously we don’t mean passing up on local cuisine for carefully weighed and measured meal prep (even we know where to draw the line).

We’re talking the essentials, like keeping on top of your daily vitamins, minerals and omega-3s — which is where our handy Supplement Storage Boxes come in. And, for road trip snacks, we’ve got our Small and Large Klick Box to make life easier.

Poolside Essentials

Brand new for summer, we’ve launched a sizzling new range of men’s swimwear. Choose from the short-length Atlantic swim shorts, or the regular-length Pacific pair.

Both feature an elasticated waistband, inner-mesh brief, and secure zip pockets for your valuables — just remember to empty them before you make a splash.

Coming in bold colours including Marine and Sulphur, they’re perfect for making a poolside statement.
