BOOM! After having bloods done that showed I had b12 and folic below the normal range. I took these tablets for 4 months, 1 daily and had bloods taken recently that showed my b12 and folic are above the normal range. Unlike most other vitamins, B12 is stored in substantial amounts, mainly in the liver, until it is needed by the body. If a person stops consuming the vitamin, the body's stores of this vitamin usually take about 3 to 5 years to exhaust. Its time to change dosing to half tablet every 3 days. Goes Well With:Logic

I started taking these as a bit of an experiment. My hands and feet are always cold, especially in winter. Since taking these, I don’t seem to feel the cold as much and seem to warm up much quicker. The circulation in my hands doesn’t seem as yellow anymore either...Goes Well With:Water. Iron Tablets.

These are small, round, hard, flavourless tablets that are easy to swallow. They came well packaged and sealed. It's perhaps a bit fiddly to get only one tablet out the jar, but that's due to their small size, which can't be helped. Beyond that, there's not much to say!Goes Well With:A vegan or vegetarian diet.
