What is Oatbran?
Oatbran is produced from high quality white milling oats of the outer husk of the oat grain and is stabilised to prevent the product from losing its quality.
Oatbran is high in fibre and is low in sugar, providing 0.1g of sugar per 10g serving. Oatbran is also very low in sodium and a source of protein, providing 14% protein.
The beta-glucans found in oat bran will contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
Who is Oatbran Suitable for?
Oatbran is recommended for anyone looking to and increase their intake of fibre. Oatbran can be used to make porridge or mixed with other supplements to increase the carbohydrate and fibre content.
Add, as required, to your existing supplements or use to increase the fibre content of other foods. Oatbran can be added to breakfast cereals or in baked foods such as muffins and cookies.

This is great and makes fantastic porridge, including in the microwave. I don't know why some people report lumps - just stirr it part way through cooking like you would do for oats. The best part about oat bran is that you can create a high volume filling hot meal for relatively low calories and carbs. It is very much comfort food. For best results allow it to boil for a few minutes and then sit so that the oat bran really softens up and expands. Goes Well With:Egg whites and sucralose
Was quite excited to try this product, my intention was to use it similarly to porridge but at a fraction of the price. I read another review of adding hot water and honey etc, so made mine with a scoop of protein and hot water/milk. Really difficult to eat like that, it seems to thicken and then turn into a hard lump within a few minutes, so if you eat it quick it's fine! For the price it's great but not a massive fan. Great reviews by people using it within a smoothie etc so maybe that's the best use
Does well for the price but with a couple of little down sides. Firstly, never have more then one serving a day or you'll get the WORST trapped wind in the world. Also doesn't mix very well and will just settle on the bottom so needs a lot of stirring. Otherwise goes ok as an addition to protein shake or smoothie.Goes Well With:Protein shake, smoothie

Bought this Oatbran as a cheap protein source and to satisfy post workout hunger, Been using for about a fortnight now usually have it with milk (500 ml) shake it and down it straight away as the oatbran can settle at the bottom if left for too long. Definitely not as hungry post workout and it's a very convenient source of fiber. Goes Well With:Milk
Love this product! I have it each morning sprinkled with cinnamon, add some honey and peanut butter then boiling water over the top, ready in seconds.

I have a scoop of this in my breakfast everyday aswell as 'filling' me up, i feel [even though i have no real proof] it has helped my skin stay a little softer and less blotchy along with the other healthy MP products i use. keep up the good work ! Good way of getting fibre in your diet! Great with oats in the morning and with some egg whites or soy protein isolate! really nice with milk and coffee and soya protein isolate add some blueberries and add some flaked almonds and you will find yourself with a terrific glass of protein/fibre snack!! Good product for that extra fibre. Difficult to mix in with protein and always sticks to the side while drinking, even with constant mixing. Still a great product though
Bought with my whey protein and its really good combo for breakfast, nice little granules, heat up for min and you are good to go.. I bought the plain one but its worth it for the price I paid around 3 pounds.Goes Well With:Whey protein cookie and cream
A good healthy product been using a long time good for anyone on a diet.
This Oatbran is really good at keeping you full for hours, so finding it helpful with getting shredded and combined with instant oats you can keep up high performance for hours. However, it obviously doesn't mix in an ordinary shake.Goes Well With:Instant oats to make a filling porridge

I have been eating porridge at 6:00am for years now, but I changed over to MyProtein Oatbran last month and I've noticed the difference straight away. I take 45 grams with 200ml semi-skimmed milk and 200ml water and microwave it at 700w for 2 x 3 minutes. Good taste and not heavy on the stomach. To make it a bit better I usually add 20 grams of True MP Max Protein Powder in it with Vanilla + Raspberry flavour which also adds to the taste. I notice the difference in energy release and fat reduction after 1 month and must say I am very happy with this product. I now eat this twice each day (6:00am and 1:00pm) and keep on shredding body fat whilst still having the energy to lift weights 4 times per week. The only downside to this product is that it does not mix at all, so you either have to microwave it or put it on the stove, whether you use water or milk does not matter.
