Animal friendly omega 3 oil, without the heavy metals and other nasty stuff the fish oil has. I do miss a version that's solely omega 3, since I get plenty of omega 6 and 9 in my diet, and just writing "2500ml omega 3 pr. serving" is quite vague, because what's the ratio of DHA and EPA. I'd also wish that the cap had some way of measure the amount you pour up. I usually take a table spoon of the oil, but I don't know exactly how much I get. It's just so obvious to add a few millilitre bars to the cap, so why not do so? :)
Most awful taste ever!!! Very healthy on the other hand! Mix it with orange juice and problem solved!
I have been using this for a couple of months now, and in all fairness it works well to protect your joints. I started using due to a pain in my left knee joint and within a week the pain was gone, i didn't even take any time of from my workouts and it still worked!! Highly recommended product. The only problems i have with this product is the taste and mixability, it takes a while to get over the foul taste(very sharp and bitter) and it doesn't mix with water meaning you can't dilute it. However after about a weeks notice you will get used it.
MegaOmega Oil is a very easy oil product. It provides a great omega blend. I always use it in a blended shake in the morning and it goes very well in that.
this works a treat as I have knee pains due to family history and taking this I have not really any pain what so ever, as it still let me continue to train and work.
Have only been taking a spoonful a day for a couple of weeks so no miracle results as yet. Started taking it on advise from my trainer as I am suffering stiff joints. Really hoping it is good for me as it tastes pretty yucky. I suppose I could experiment with different delivery methods (am just swallowing a spoonful) however just grinning and bearing it.
Great essential oils!
Fantastic product for general health, cheap and easy to drink.
MegaOmega Oil is by far the best vegetarian omega oil on the market. I often suffer from sore joints in my hands following a hard workout and this really does make a difference. With a good balance of omega 3, 6 and 9, and the added benefit of evening primrose oil which apparently helps my brain, you can't go far wrong. I was worried that it might taste horrible especially as it's taken in liquid form, but it's no worse tasting than extra virgin olive oil. Even if you're not a vegetarian, I'd suggest this is a better product than regular fish/cod live oils as it is so well balanced, and better for the fish too.Goes Well With:A spoon.
Have to say compared to other Omega 3 oils I've had this is one of the worst tasting. Have literally had two spoonfuls out of the bottle and that will be it, will be buying something else instead. Think this is one to avoid.
MegaOmega Oil is a great product at a competitive price. The taste compared to many omega oils is actually almost nice.
Been using for a few months now and will continue to do so....great for joint and overall heathGoes Well With:Glucosamine, chonroitin, cissus
I have been using this MegaOmega Oil for several months now. I started using it as I am a vegetarian and, although I'm very careful with my diet, I wanted to ensure I got the right amount of all the omega oils as I don't eat fish. It is a really good product and it lasts for ages as you only need 5ml. Of course, the taste is pretty foul if you drink it neat but I put it in with my morning protein shake so you can't taste it at all (well not with chocolate smooth protein anyway!). Good value for money for how long it lasts.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein
I've just started using this MegaOmega Oil, the flavour is okay, and it seems to be a good alternative to fish oils!
Maybe the best omega oil product i´ve never used. Taste is very mild, easy to mix to breakfast porridge and yoghurt. I recommend this oil to everyone who´s looking for best omegas in quality/price!!!! Goes Well With:Everything!
I have previously used GNC own branded product (which is near enough the same as this which is near enough the same as UDo's Oil) and even with their 20% off still costs considerably more than this. I cant believe the price of this..great product at a great price. I only hope MP dont put the price up after reading this!
I purchased this product after using the regular MP omega 3 liquid. The taste is much nicer and goes with protein shakes much better than the regular MP omega liquid. It tastes like seed/nuts rather than fishy. 10/10 so glad i found this product. Will defo be buying more
"doesnt taste bad at all, just like having a teaspoon of olive oil, keep it in the fridge as it has flax seed in it, a great sup"
"I'm on my second bottle, as David said, tastes well funky but this is by far the best Omega 3 Suppliement that I have ever found."
"Ignore previous review, this product is the answer to the problem with fish oils of mercury and pollution levels, also overfishing. Also excesive consumption of fish oils causes a stink when perspiring. If you look at the worlds leading omega supp Udo's choice, you will find a very very similar profile making this a worthy rival and an excellent replacement to fish."
"Great value, seems to be cheaper than most Flax Seed oils. An easy way of getting healthy essential fats into your diet. This is not be confused with fish oil though as it contains no EPA or DHA. The ALA in this stuff can be converted into DHA by the body but only in very small quantities. If you can take fish oils you should have those too!"
"I'm allergic to seafood and as such can't take normal omega 3, 6 and 9 tablets. I've really noticed the difference since i started taking MegaOmega, far less joint pain after heavy workouts. I tried taking it just straight off the teaspoon and is wasn't great but cartainly wouldn't make you gag. Now i just mix it in with whatever protein shake i'm having and can't even taste it. Excellent product."
