Lactase that works

I have tried other Lactase tablets, but these do the trick very quickly. I just take one or two if I think I may have eaten something that contained milk power or before a meal out and they just make life easier.

Goes Well With:

Just take with water.

Being someone who is moderately Lactose intolerant I don't usually feel the effects if I'm having do cheese or a coffee etc. but when it comes to shakes and the sheer amount if lactose in both the whey, mass gainer and milk itself, they used to make me physically sick to the point where one sip would make me gag. However, these tablets changed all that and I can finally have my shakes like a normal person! I personally take 2 with a whey shake because it's quite lactose heavy but in some people with a more severe intolerance they may not take away all the side effects. Also it's very good value considering they sell tubs of half as many at a higher price.

Goes Well With:

Anything with lactose
