This is good stuff. It's good for maintaining general health, It is a source of phosphate, a neurotransmitter and helps to maintain homeostasis. Since studied this compound as a post-grad, I've wanted to add it to my diet - now I can. Easily mixed into drinks including protein shakes or on porridge. I'm very pleased with it.Goes Well With:Protein shakes - all. Porridge.
