Awful flavour
So disappointed, I’m sure they do hydrate but the flavour is awful (strawberry & cherry) so artificial and horribly sweet

Do the job
I have been using another much more expensive brand but seen these on offer so thought would give them a try. Flavour choice is limited but they do the job and are half the price of the others I use (when on offer). You do have to shake it up to mix properly. I usually have one to hydrate while training and I also use as hangover prevention. One sachet before I go out, one when I get in and one in the morning. Good as new!Goes Well With:Water

Love this! Great whilst breastfeeding
I’m currently breastfeeding my new baby and finding I’m getting really dehydrated and feeling rubbish despite drinking plenty of water. This has been so helpful at keeping me better hydrated and providing those important electrolytes! The flavour is a lot better than others I’ve tried from other brands.

Superb delivery service!
I'm absolutely amazed! I placed an order yesterday afternoon for myvitamins hydrate amd a shaker cup. It came first thing this morning amd I didn't pay any extra for next day delivery. The shaker Cup is great with its little ball to help mix, no leaks or spills neither.. fab! And the hydrate sachets are surprisingly lovely.. I was expecting them to be fizzy amd dreading the taste but they are very smooth and go down a treat with freezing water. Happy customer 😊

Hydrate
Taste is lovely really easy to drink , I suffer from migraines so by having this during and after my work outs helps to prevent a bad head . Mixes ok few lumps sometimes . Can’t be without now !

As an electrolyte, good. But packaging needs to be improved.
The Lemon and Lime are good, but very hard to open cleanly. Perforations run accross awkwardly and never seperate completely. Annoying to use if on the go sometimes. Will buy again, but would like to see that package defect fixed.

Great product
Having seen these on the site a couple times I thought I’d give them a go, great product at very reasonable price, much cheaper than sports drinks. Helps me keep hydrated during gruelling kickboxing and mma sessions. Goes Well With:Water
