Perfect for keto muffins
I use this product almost every day to make low carb cup muffins, 30g flax powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon stevia/6 drops liquid stevia, 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 30ml unsweetened almond milk and 1 medium egg, mix together and microwave for 1m 30s. I sometimes also melt 20g 90%+ dark chocolate onto the muffin and smother it in single or double cream. Tastes absolutely amazing and fits a low carb/high fat diet perfectly.Goes Well With:Mixes well enough for the recipe I use to make muffins but find it too lumpy when mixed into a protein shake.

2 Months expiration from purchase
Everything about this product is great but the 2 month expiry date from purchase is unacceptable. There needs to be a warning on checkout for items that have expiration date of less than a year. I have a bought a year's supply and now have to give some away or throw them out. If you agree, like this comment as a feedback to Myprotein for their consideration.

I thought I’d try this product out having heard good things about it. I usually add it to my shakes, it mixes ok and doesn’t affect the taste much. However be very careful with the amount you ingest until you see how your body reacts. I whammed two lots of 20g servings in one day and nearly soiled my pants. Now I only take 10g a day. Any more and it’s toiletville

A very good product. Use with Impact Whey protein or oatmeal in the morning. Add 10 gr. Mixes well,tastes nice. Swells, clogs the stomach and want to eat less.Goes Well With:Protein. oatmeal, water

"I read how bad this tasted from previous reviews but ordered some anyway, 2 months later of taking it daily I have gotten used to the taste but I wouldn't recommend taking it by itself. My method of taking it is in a home made shake. I use Impact Whey Protein (banana at present), L Glutamine and Creatine, mixed with this flax seed powder. I use a blender and throw in some mixed fruit (strawberries/blackcurrant/cranberries etc I currently buy mixed froze fruits with some soy milk to make a thick 1 pint shake. Usually everything else counters the taste of the flax seed powder. It does take a bit to mix all this together in the blender but it's pretty quick and tastes nice."

Love this one!!
I mix it with my porridge or add it to my morning smoothies and pancakes to up my omega 3 intake. It's easy to mix, Have no overpowering smell or taste. Still need to check the effectiveness. Will update my review later after 1 month of use. Goes Well With:Smoothies and Porridge

Roman?
I remember reading a newspaper article, many moons ago, that informed me that the Roman army, of antiquity, would march with their bellies full of flaxseed bread. Sold me on the stuff. I add it to my smoothies and I'm sure I'm the better for it. Goes Well With:Anything stronger flavoured than it is. Smoothies are ideal. Banana, peanut butter and your favourite Whey protein will all help to ensure you don't even notice this stuff going down.
