These tablets were delivered very fast and though I don't have any proof yet, I think they are helping to keep my diabetis in check.Goes Well With:Anything since they are tablets
It's not easy to tell if Cinnamon Extract is working but I used some on one of my recent diets and was amazed at how much more balanced my energy levels were and how much better I digested some of the harder diet foods. I've tried dieting with and without it and I can say it's just a few percent better with this. I personally can't stand the taste of cinnamon (never could) so I like having pill extracts of it. This is a very cheap addition - it might only make a slight difference but if you feel less bloated, more alert and have more physical energy (without a cheap stimulant jolt) it's worth the low extra cost.Goes Well With:Any diet meals, especially if you've just changed your overall diet
"Cinnamon is ideal if you follow a low carb diet which rotates in carbohydrates at the right times, mainly post workout. Taking cinnamon with your low carb meals at normal times of the day, so when taking your post workout carbs their effect at shuttling nutrients into the muscles. Also shows favourable results in the research at overall changes in body composition, winner!"
