Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid.
Beta Alanine works with L-Histidine to increase Carnosine concentration in the skeletal muscle.
Ideal for anyone participating in sports that require explosive actions such as sprinting, weight training or boxing and those involved in prolonged endurance exercise.
Beta alanine can cause a tingling and flushing effect on the skin. This is a perfectly normal reaction by the body and not harmful.
Loading phase (days 1-5): Consume 1.5g (half of a small MP Plastic Scoop) 4 times daily, spaced evenly throughout the day. Best taken with water or fruit juice in-between meals.
Maintenance phase (days 6-35): Consume 1.5g (half of a small MP Plastic Scoop) 2 times daily, spaced evenly throughout the day. Best taken with water or fruit juice in-between meals.
Upon completion of this period take a 2 week break before starting your next Beta Alanine period.
Try adding 300mg of L-Histidine 45 minutes prior to exercise to further increase Carnosine production.

I've used this product for around 4 months on and off due to down season in my sport, while I used this I noticed a difference in my performance and I liked the tingle it gives, it reassured me that something is working somewhere, however, I have more recently started using it properly at the gym, with great effects as a pre work out long side BCAA 4:1:1, CEE and Taurine, a great combination and I can feel my mental game increase when I feel the tingle now, knowing it's working inside my system. I would always recommend MyProtein's products.
Great for endurance sports, but i do not like the tingling effects. But it works
This is an excellent product, it mixes well with pretty much anything, it tended to have a few grams before I worked out with water and a few frames spread throughout the day. The effects are fairly immediate initially there is a slight tingling in your hands and when at the peak of exercise the burn in your muscles is significantly reduced, with even a slight cool sensation in your muscles. A lot of people think this is just for pre-workout but actually BA is a whole lot more than just tingles. You need to give it time to saturate your muscles but research has shown this adds benefits to your workouts.
Beta alanine must be part of your stack whether your goal is to build muscle, burn fat or get stronger. Best taken pre- and post workout. It makes your skin feel "tickle" after taken which is normal, gives you fantastic results, no taste at all so can mix it with everything.

brilliant pre-workout give a good buzz and makes you very tingly, definetly helps getting those last few reps, however i have been combining it with other pre workout so might not be beta alanine, but the other products? this is why the 3 star effectiveness, im gunna try them individually and check if its the beta alanine or the others.Goes Well With:caffeine anhydrous BCAAs High concentrate squash
This stuff is amazing for a pre workout, i even mix it in with my pre workout just to get that extra kick! This stuff really helps you push through an intense workout! Great product!
First time I try this. And used a bag. It mixes excellent with anything. Milk, water,chocolate milk, anything. The first Time taking it, the buzz and tingleling in your body is kind of scary and in an non pleasant. When you get used to it, it is a lot nicer and you get a "I am freaking great and ready now!" I can tell pure difference on both running and weight lifting kilos I am capable to take. Great product Takes on in the morning, lunch and then 1hour - 45 minutes, before workout.Goes Well With:Any liquids!

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks now and its great. The first few times it made my stomach go a bit strange but i lowered my dosage by spreading it over the day more and it works. I use half and half with creatine and the boost is awesome.
My brother recommended beta alanine to help improve my endurance. I had got my run distance up to 12k, but at 10k would start to feel leg tired. 2 weeks ago I did my first (chip timed) 5k in 29:50 (prob slow by your standards, but hey it was fast enough for me!) and last week I did the run in 28:43, wey hey, and bwoy did I feel good. I've also got my long distance pace down to 6:06/km from 6:28/km. My aim is to clock 15km by the end of April and complete a 1/2 marathon sometime in Autumn. I also do weight training, cycle, aerial fitness and pole fitness both the latter require a certain degree of upper body strength. Great product, I'm sold on it. Goes Well With:water
