Impact Whey Protein is excellent. It mixes very well and tastes great, and it's so cheap.
Have been taking this product for about two weeks now am finding it is effective in what it does so I would definitely recommend the product for night time usage. The only issue I have is that when mixed in a shaker it becomes very frothy which doesn't reduce if you leave to stand so you end up have to just drink a load of bubbles which is a shame as the actual shake itself is quite nice (vanilla). This is only minor though as the main reason I purchased it for was for bedtime consumption and it is very effective for that.Goes Well With:Zma, bcaa
