    Suggested Use

    As a dietary supplement, men take 3 capsules (women take 2 capsules) daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.

      First off I'd just like to say this is the first MP product I've had issues with (after a year of buying all my supplements here) Recommended by a training partner of mine and after reading the reviews I though I'd give them a go. I can say that for me they did seem to aid in recovery time and elevate testosterone; if only mildly. I did however find myself getting acne on my back and spots on my face. Before using the trademark version I never had problems with either. Another issue I had was with sleeping, I'm a light sleeper normally but when taking these tabs I literally cannot wake up in the morning no matter how much sleep I've had, I wake up feeling groggy and drowsy every day. I did use the full 90 caps to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be purchasing them again. Going off what others have said I believe they work for some people and not for others as in my case. My training partner swears by them and still uses them now after months; in conclusion I'd recommend you purchase some by all means and see if they work for you, if not there's plenty of alternatives out there.

      Ive always been a light sleeper, I struggle to get to sleep and wake up feeling tired. I've tried various natural things to help, but nothing made a lasting difference, so after some more research I stumbled upon these and though it was worth a shot. 1st night - Feel asleep in under 45 mins(1145 ish ), normally takes an hour or more. I woke up naturally before my alarm, feeling rested at 6am. 2nd night - Feel asleep sooner again. I woke up and felt amazing and instantly wanted to do something active. Loads of energy, felt very rested and felt good all day. I even did my 10 mile bike ride faster than ever, probably down to a better nights sleep Very pleased and will defiantly be buying more!!

      I order this back a while ago but did not get any chance to use as I got a gnarly viral infection in my intestines and stomach i was in absolute agony, ended up with a 2 week stay in hospital and a 5week layoff from work 7 weeks out of training in total. I only mention this because Ive been training for 4weeks again, the first two weeks forgot about this supplement was just managing 30mins tops, very low weights had to be used hardly any energy. Diet etc same, then remembered i had this, thought may aswell give it ago. After two weeks feel great managing 5 days in the gym almost back to normal-still long road to recovery but easier without real deep aches and pains. Definately helps recovery. I cant really comment on sleep with being out of routine and in hospital mine was totally out of synch and it was never great before have noticed i am alot better in the mornings so must improve my quality of sleep

      I don’t normally review as I feel it is hard to tell conclusively whether a product works or not, as there are so many factors involved. However, I bought “Zinc & Magnesium” to try and improve my sleep and I can say that if anything my sleep quality has decreased. It gives me crazy dreams, and instead of helping me get a good 8 hours, it seems to make we wake up after only 6 hours, leaving me feeling tired in the afternoons. May work for others, but not for me. No spots to report.

      I tried the trademarked version before and it worked well. I realised that MP's own zinc and magnesium is exactly the same. It helps with sleep and improves strength somewhat. Highly recommended.

      The increased recovery times are great! im also lifting heavier weights more comfortably.. and im not taking creatine. the best thing about these tablets, is the quality of sleep im getting! i sleep so much better at night now. going from waking up 2-3 times in a night to sleeping straight though. also falling asleep more quickly too (even through the exam period). even more awake when i do arise. great buy!

      Confusing....it does give you strange and better dreams and improved sleep but as far as recovery is concerned, Im unsure if it has any viable effects, will keep taking it though. I believe I am deficient in zinc anyway, so I take it for them reasons

      I have sooooo much energy for my workouts. My bench press endurance has increased dramatically and I have slept really well! One thing is that along with the extra energy and drive for working out I am also very very angry, I'm taking a fat burner at the same time as these and when the caffeine from those kicks in I get really quite angry. But they don't seem to affect the lean tissue increase I'm getting through the impact whey, BCAAs & Zinc & Mag. Overall the stuff I'm taking is interacting well physically I have burned alot of fat, while my increases in strength have been astounding.

      the recommended intake section requires a bit of alteration...if 30mg zinc is 200% then 3 tablets would be 600% and similar goes with B6.There are Nth number of scientific studies suggesting that over consumption of each of these minerals carries a health hazard.\nBetter stick to 1tab per day and enjoy its benefits.MP zinc is great!!!

      Yet again MP prices cannot be matched. Yes this has less zinc than the branded version. But taken with my multi vits this bumps up the zinc to the full 30mg per day. Its still refreshing in the day of over hyped and priced supps that MP shows you do not need to pay through the nose to get quality products.

      Good cost effective product, I am surprised no reviews so far. This should be part of the staple supplement usage of a bodybuilder and my experience is that this product delivers the same as the trademarked version.
