    Used Trans for about four months now and they're very effective - I have found concentrated antioxidants IN GENERAL to provide a meaningful physical and mental boost. I take these in conjuction with a host of other antioxidants like Astaxanthin and K-rala. However DON'T take these before you go to bed, because you'll be up all night.
