    Suggested Use

      Tried the normal thermopure when I first started going to the gym and seemed to help me shift a bit extra flab round my mid so after xmas and new year thought I would give this a go to give extra push to lose the lbs I put on. I tried them today for the first time with a weights programme, I am not usually a big sweater but after my warm-up it had started to take effect and was really warm, it was not uncomfortable just felt like my body had turned up the heating and was a change from the norm, if have any other change or effects will post another review as there is not a lot of reviews on this product but seems to work well done :-)

      ive been taking these for a few days and you do get a buzz i cant say they have made any differemce yet but i really do hope they do i workout so hard and i just need that bit more for maximum effort everytime i'm training.

      I decided to take a chance on this product after researching the ingredients and their benefits and have been taking them for a week now. During this time i have lost 3lbs but i honestly couldnt say if this was from taking Thermo-Extreme or the fact i developed a cold and was feeling pretty rough. I still trained 5 days out of the 7, 5 hours of bench and machine weight work over 5 days, 25 mins of HIIT and 1 hour of very high intensity cardio. Ive been losing weight gradually while building lean mass for the past few months so id expect to lose a minimum of 2lbs on a normal week anyway and with the cold killing my appetite its almost impossible to gauge how effective its been (If at all). Ill keep on it 3 pills through out the day on non training day and 4 before training on gym days but initial impressions would lead me to say the price is a little steep for the returns.

      i have been taking theses for 2 days now, they keep you going all day, they give you the energy that you need, and when its time to sleep you sleep like a baby, I do recommend taking on an empty stomach as you get a little buzz. just buy them
