Overview

Kre-Alkalyn® is one of the most advanced forms of Creatine available.     Been bodybuilding for 4 years now and this is the single most effective supplement I've ever tried. You don't have to take the over-enthusiastic dose purported by MP. 2 caps, 30 mins prior to workout on an empty stomach and you'll be flying. Took a couple this evening and put in a 2 hour session. Beat my best dip record by 10kg in the process. Epic stuff. Buying more. Lots more.

    Great Product. No loading phase needed, just take two an hour before a workout, i saw massive strength and endurance gains. No nasty side effects, maybe a bit shakey, but for such a great product thats okay.

    I tried this over 12 months ago and I was impressed but I have to agree with Mindaugas Skuodas as I felt sometimes it worked great but sometimes it didnt work so good. I feel it has to be taken on a empty stomach and goes well with a ISO type sports drink 60-90 mins before training. I have tried other various Creatine products but fine this the best and easiest to take as you dont need to take as much as you do with other Creatin products.

    Instant results in strength from the first time I used it (about a month ago). Whether this has a placebo attached to it i don't know but I can definitely notice the difference from the times i take it religiously and the times when i forget to take it. My personal routine: I take two, about an hour and a half before i get in the gym then I run for 20-30 mins (it helps with muscle cramps and lactic acid build up) and then once its been pumped around the bloodstream I hit the weights. The way I used to train meant that I would start with cardio but then my energy levels would be too low to start weight training. Kre-Alkalyn keeps that energy right up until you leave simply because you are missing your favourite tv programme. Brilliant product!

    okey, first off i'd really like if this product was sold as powder, and i'd like to tell why: if you use this you still have to use the monohydrate one cause lets face it its cheap and theres load of it and its good when it digests slowly, now this one is ment pre training, which i dont agree with cause im using it for few months now and what i can tell is if you want to feel the effect of it you have to eat it at a very presise time and on who knows that stomach: empty, half empty, full cause lets face it you never be empty right...so you never know when its going to hit the body, sometimes i felt results sometimes i didn't, so i thought i'll take durring the training as i do with bcaa, maltodextrin, glucose and i can tell ya the effect is all the time every time: great, (bout drinking this stuff on training, well its a long story, lets just say during the training is whne your body is beggin for nutrients and if you hit it with as that time uhhh it will feel good, imagine a guy in desert drinking water, same effect) i just open the caps and pour power in the shaker, and i can tell ya its tastless and mixes perfectly, so you know get rid of caps, bottle, raise the gr amount, keep the price :). at the moment i use 2 caps during the training probably works as well as the guy who be using 10 before and after...where i use monohydrate creatine during the day....count it 120caps 2 a day 60 days...this number makes me think do i really want it in pouch...cause i'd definetly use way more of it but as creatine supplement i give it 10/10 once you figure out the way how and when to use it

    Day1: Bought product Day2: Product delivered Day3: Product tried, results seen Day4: Product used, results seen Day5: Had to write a review, this stuff really is good' and great value. I train weights at a high intensity for an hour, by then im usually goosed but i hit the bag for 20 minutes or so. i dont know wether this is more of a placebo effect but i could have gone all night in the gym. Really does aid recovery as well. buy this stuff not the purple, silver, lime green, turquoise bullets from the man. this syuff is like the tesco no frills vodka, it gets the job done!

    Here's my experience with this product. I'm an experiened weight trainer at a lean-ish 15 stone and I train in a high intensity manner for 8-10 reps to failure. I train 3 times per week on a split routine so each exercise gets hit once a week and on average my strength will increase by 1 rep per week for each exercise. Since I started on the Kre-Alkalyn this has increased to more like 2 reps per week. There has also been several occasions where I got 10 reps one week, increased the weight the following week and then got 10 reps again straight away! This has NEVER happened before so I can only put it down to this stuff. Also the two guys I train with have had similar results so it's not just an isolated case. In terms of size increases I have noticed some gains, especially on my arms, which is surprising as they are my best bodypart. Whether or not this is just water retention I don't know but I'm definitely bigger overall and about 2-3 pounds heavier. I have reduce bodyfat during this time too as I have been dieting at about 1500-1800 Kcals per day. For info I've been taking 2 caps per day on non-training days and 4 caps on training days (2 caps 60-120 mins before the workout and 2 caps straight after). This review has been posted after getting about 2/3 through my first bottle. I've never used Creatine before as I was put off by the cost, side effects and hassle involved but Kre-Alkalyn has none of these problems and is now going to become a part of my regular supplementation routine. For about £10 a month it's a no brainer!
