      Hard to swallow if you're just taking it with fluids, so follow the instructions and swallow with food (goes down even easier if you break them in half)! FANTASTIC!!! I suffer from the most horrendous knee clicking which does become quite painful on some occasions ... this product COMPLETELY wiped out the pain and clicking! This is a must for anyone suffering from niggling joint issues, seriously wouldn't try any other product other than this. Thanks MP!

      this stuff is great, i tried it for a week and already i can notice the difference, the aching in my joints have seriously reduced, joints don't feel as stiff.....really good product. im having this with mp fish oil omega.

      These tablets are AMAZING! I have suffered intense joint pain for the past 5 years, which could only be masked by copious amounts of strong pain medication. Now I am free of all pain medication and have been since two weeks after taking one capsule of Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin a day. The tablets are fairly easy to swallow and dont leave a taste behind. I felt a huge differenece after only two weeks and the benefits are maintained even if you forget to take the tablets everyday or come off of them for a week or two.
